During the reservation process, you will simply be asked for your credit or debit card details as a guarantee.
In case of no-show, if you do not cancel, at least, 7 days before the date of your reservation, a fee of €50 per person will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card.
Reservations are transferable to a third party in case you are unable to attend, to avoid losing the deposit. In such a case, we recommend offering your spot to a friend or family member who can attend in your place. Don't forget to notify us via email or phone during the appropriate hours. A last-minute unforeseen event will be treated in the same way as other cancellations.

If we encounter technical issues beyond our team's control or if the minimum number of 8 diners is not reached to carry out the show, the experience will be cancelled, and the full cost of the ticket will be refunded, or the date will be rescheduled.
